The home is off a private country road with ample space between you and the neighbors. It is a very private & quiet setting, with immediate access to the Pedernales River. Restaurants, shopping and downtown are within a 5 minute drive.

Guests have access to the river, hot tub, tree house, and the area surrounding the guest house. The fireplace is not usable and the main house and two-car garage are not accessible to guests.

**All guests must complete a liability waiver within 48 hours of booking to hold any reservation.

This Hill Country home blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Inside, on one side of the cabin the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area invites connection and conversation. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. And across the classic dog-trot breezeway are the cozy bedrooms, offering privacy and a true Texas ranch feel.
