We had a great stay
We had a great stay! Peaceful surroundings and lovely bird and star-gazing from the hot tub. It was the perfect distance to go into Wimberly or Dripping Springs for the day.

The property was nice, the fire pit was a nice touch and property is located in a nice part of town. Reason for not giving 5 stars for the property.
- The guest house is close to the main property that is another AirBnB. From the description we thought we would have a bit more privacy (5 acres - not about not seeing main houses guests)
- The main bedroom had a window unit A/C that worked well for the room but the living area / second bedroom did not cool down.
- The towels were dirty, although Elizabeth was very nice and had brand new towels dropped off to us same day.
- the main living area has a single bed and no couch - no good place to relax and sit down inside.
- the pictures were a little deceiving, the house looked more modern vs in person.
